Summer is officially here! It is time to keep cool without tanking our digestion. As the weather heats up and the sun shines ever brighter, summer festivities beckon constant fun. Gardens flourish, humidity rises, bugs abound, and everyone is excited to play! While you’re out having fun, and enjoying the exuberance of June, it’s important to keep your cool. With the hustle and bustle of summer activity, it’s easy to overdo it. In this class we’ll talk about tips for keeping balanced in a way that will help you thrive during this playful time of year. We will prepare a nourishing but light summer salad with plenty of flavor and keep it cool with a very digestible green smoothie.
