What better way to enjoy all of the fresh springtime produce our local farmers have to offer than to dive into preparing three fun and delicious new recipes. Tonight, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get our fingers nice and sticky preparing Peppers Stuffed with Leeks, Black Beans, Chard, Herbs, and Two Cheeses. Next on the menu is Rice Noodles with Collard Greens, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, and house-made Sweet Potato Chips. Finally, we make smashed Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano. Food definitely tastes better when you have fun making it – fantastico!
