Rick shares his wisdom and knowledge of sourdough and bread making. Have you ever made bread without kneading it? Rick has a technique, come learn about it! We’ll cover all aspects of wild-yeasted sourdough baking: how to maintain your starter, measure (in grams, using a scale), blend, rest, rise, stretch and fold, tension pulling, division, and baking in a Dutch oven. To top off the evening we’ll sample a warm loaf fresh from the oven. Bring a small container to class, as you might want to take some sourdough starter home with you to start making your own sourdough-based treats! Dairy-free option
