Come learn about cheesemaking from Suzanne, who is building a creamery in Nevada County and makes her own yummy goat-milk cheese, yogurt, soap and more. Today we’ll learn the basics of cheese making and apply it as we prepare a batch of faux chevré using cow’s milk. Using our homemade cheese, we’ll then make a Quesada Pasiega, or Cantabrian Cheesecake. Bring a small container or two to take some of the yummy goodies home! Vegetarian
