Momos are steamed dumplings made by stuffing vegetables or ground meat into tiny parcels of dough and then cooking them in large vat-like steamers.  The stuffing ingredients start out raw, as the momos cook in their own vapor in the steamer, and emerge after a few minutes as delightful morsels to be topped with a tangy chili-garlic tomato chutney called ‘Tsal’.  In this class, two Tibetan Buddhist Monks and a Tibetan Monk translator will teach how to make these delicious dumplings a spicy sauce accompaniment.  It will be a fun, delicious, and unforgettable experience!  **Vegetarian Option Available**
