Coconut yogurt is a tasty, gut-healthy, vegan alternative to traditional yogurt. It’s loaded with calcium, magnesium, vitamin B-12, and fiber, without the sugar and sodium. Making it is as easy as it is to eat! In this class, you will learn how to confidently open young green coconuts and transform its fresh flesh into a probiotic-packed snack (and sip on fresh coconut water while you’re at it)! Please bring your own wide-mouth container to take some home.
