Pupusas are an El Salvadoran staple; thick handmade corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, and eaten with Curtido, (cabbage salad). Whether you’ve never had them before, or perhaps you’re a dedicated fan, tonight you’ll learn the secrets to creating these fantastic, versatile treats at home whenever you want! You’ll also work with Deanna to make Plantanos Fritos com Frijoles e Crema (Fried Plantain w/Beans & Cream) and Leche Poleada (Cinnamon/Vanilla Custard served in corn husks) for a complete and festive meal.
