For those of you who missed Joseph’s popular class last summer, now’s your chance to gather around our kitchen table and learn three delicious dishes featuring secret, crushed ingredients. Tonight’s class features three courses: Sweet Potato with Green Chard, Scallions and Tomato Sauce; Black Bean Stew with Peppers, Spinach, Carrots, Japanese Yam and Napa Cabbage; and Black Eyed Peas with Rice, Dino Kale, Peppers and Spices. Please note the BriarPatch will disavow any knowledge of the mystery crushed ingredients until the moment class begins. This is gonna be fun!
