The center of African/Brazilian culture in Brazil, Bahian cuisine blends the flavors of both countries with a delicious result. Tonight, we’ll make the regional dish of Bahia, Moqueca de Camarão (a thick coconut milk shrimp soup), as well as Empadinhas (spiced chicken-filled pastries) and Brigadeiros – a classic chocolate “truffle.” Gluten-Free
