In this class, you will discover recipes that are delicious and satisfying alternatives to traditional dishes - it’s actually quite simple, all you need is a little re-working and creativity with healthy ingredients. Meals prepared in class include Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing and Croutons; Spaghetti with Marinara and Tempeh Meatballs; and Parma (parmesan substitute).
