Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude and sharing, and what’s better than sharing delicious plant-based dishes full of nutrition and traditional flavors! In this Thanksgiving class, we’ll use seasonal foods to create both unique and traditional side dishes that are a spectacular feast all on their own. Dishes we’ll make include: Roasted Delicata Squash and Quinoa Salad with Cranberries; Rosemary Garlic Smashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy; Green Bean Casserole with a Vegan Twist; and Raw Pecan Pie Bars.
