Refund policy

Advertisement Refunds 
Advertisements are non-refundable. Camera ready artwork is due no later than 14 days prior to print date. Unused ad space is not transferrable to future issues of The Vine. 

BriarPatch reserves the right to modify or reject an ad for any reason. If we reject your ad, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. 

Event Ticket Refunds 
We will refund your event ticket payment up to 14 days before the event date. If your refund request is submitted before this date, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days of your refund request.

Late or missing refunds 
If more than five business days has passed since you requested a refund and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at accounting@briarpatch.coop.
